Gerald Kardas

Jerry Kardas is a business management professional with over 25 years of experience in business operations and technical fields. He is a career development coach and trainer for business professionals at all levels and MBA students.

Jerry has also conducted numerous training sessions on new product development, project management, operational productivity and profitability improvement, and total business quality in North America, Europe, South America, and Asia.

Jerry has held positions in general management, product development, international operations, marketing, engineering, and technology development at several major global industrial companies.

He holds a B.S. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University, and an M.S. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

His publications include NASA Technical Reports, NASA contract reports, and professional papers/presentations on product development. He is a member of the Product Development and Management Association, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the Association for Manufacturing Excellence.
