Margot M. Larson

Margot has extensive Human Resource Management and Consulting experience in diverse industries including Manufacturing, Professional, Services, Financial Services, Construction and Non-Profit. She has proven skills in diagnosing business and human resource management problems, identifying alternatives and solutions and bringing about positive change. She is recognized for introducing effective workplace communication practices.

Margot focuses her talents on HR Audits, Executive and Career Coaching and Writing. She is certified in Career Transition, Talent Management, and the use of Assessment tools. Margot has a Business Management degree from Holy Names Business College in Quebec, Canada.

A recognized leader in the Connecticut HR Community, Margot is one of only seven people in 25 years to be awarded a Life Time Membership by the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut. Margot has served as President of two Connecticut SHRM Chapters.
