Carol L. Kardas, SHHR, CCP
Carol is recognized as an outstanding Human Resource Generalist with an expertise in Compensation, Training and Employee Relations. She has diverse industry experience in Manufacturing, Not-for-Profit, Healthcare Real Estate, Public Accounting and Financial Services. She is known for her ability to work with client companies to create an efficient Human Resource Department and provide ongoing strategic HR Leadership. She is an acknowledged career counselor for those in job transition.
Carol has been actively involved in the Human Resource Community and is a past president of the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut (HRACC). She holds the designation of Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and is certified in Advanced Employee Relations Law, Myers Briggs and Predictive Index.
Carol is an adjunct professor at St. Joseph’s College, teaching a class on HR Certification. She has been a featured speaker for several organizations on Human Resource and Personal Development topics. She is a published author on topics of Compensation and Market Pricing, Generational Differences, Management and Leadership of Employees, Human Resources in Not-for-Profit Organizations and recently had a second printing of “Financial Overview for the HR Business Partner”.

Wynn Schoolnik
Wynn Schoolnik
has more than 25 years experience in Human Resources and Staffing/Recruiting. His experience includes corporate roles in manufacturing and financial services organizations. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the hiring process having served as a Managing Director of both national retained and contingency staffing firms. He has successfully recruited top level candidates for customers in engineering, manufacturing, financial services, IT, accounting/finance and healthcare. He has placed candidates at all levels, up to and including President.
Wynn has been actively involved in the human resource community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Human Resource Association of Central CT (HRACC) and The Staffing Management Association (SMA). He is a past President of the Manchester Area Human Resource Association (MAHRA) and also served on the Personnel Advisory Board for the city of Nashua, NH.
Wynn earned his BS in Business from Bryant University, his MS in Counseling Psychology from University of Hartford and attended a PhD program in Psychology at New York University and The Deafness Research and Training Center.
Gerald E. Kardas
Jerry Kardas is a business management professional with over 25 years of experience in business operations and technical fields He is a career development coach and trainer for business professionals at all levels and MBA students.
Jerry has also conducted numerous training sessions on new product development, project management, operational productivity and profitability improvement, and total business quality in North America, Europe, South America, and Asia.
Jerry has held positions in general management, product development, international operations, marketing, engineering, and technology development at several major global industrial companies.
He holds a B.S. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University, and an M.S. in Management from Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute.
His publications include NASA Technical Reports, NASA contract reports, and professional papers/presentations on product development. He is a member of the Product Development and Management Association, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the Association for Manufacturing Excellence.
