Our Organizational Development practice focuses on a thorough diagnosis of an organization's Strategy, Work Processes, Management Practices, Rewards Systems and People. The results of this diagnosis will identify the degree of alignment of these factors to key business initiatives and provide recommendations to the Senior Leaders for opportunities to improve business integration and results. This approach will allow an organization to answer such questions as:

  • Is our strategy fully integrated into each of our business units?
  • Does our structure support transparency in our work processes?
  • Does our performance management system incent our key talent?
  • Are our hiring practices aligned to our changing culture and demographics?
  • Do we have a succession plan for all at-risk incumbents?
  • Do we have clearly define competencies for all of our positions?
