These human resource professionals will work with the employer to develop a customized human resource department. This process will begin with an audit of current human resource practices and recommendations to establish various human resource functions such as recruitment, new employee orientation, job descriptions, employee handbook, compensation plan, performance management program, benefit options, mandatory programs (ie Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1, Safety Committee, Sexual Harassment Prevention Training), employee and manager development and training, etc.
KardasLarson, LLC can be retained to serve as a contractor to continue to provide ongoing human resource and consulting services for the newly formed human resource function or be retained to recruit a human resource professional to manage the function.
