KardasLarson LLC, as a partner.

Wynn Schoolnik and Associates is well-known for its recruiting expertise throughout the Connecticut HR Community. Wynn is now partnering with us to head up and expand KardasLarson’s recruiting services.

Wynn has more than 25 years experience in Human Resources and Staffing/Recruiting. His experience includes corporate roles in manufacturing and financial services organizations. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the
hiring process having served as a Managing Director of both national retained and contingency staffing firms. He has successfully recruited top level candidates for customers in engineering, manufacturing, financial services,
IT, accounting/finance and healthcare. He has placed candidates at all levels, up to and including President.

Wynn has been actively involved in the human resource community and currently serves on the Board of Directors
of The Human Resource Association of Central CT (HRACC) and The Staffing Management Association (SMA).
He is a past President of the Manchester Area Human Resource Association (MAHRA) and also served on the Personnel Advisory Board for the city of Nashua, NH.

Wynn earned his BS in Business from Bryant University, his MS in Counseling Psychology from University of Hartford and attended a PhD program in Psychology at New York University and The Deafness Research and Training Center.
